The pleasant walk through park each morning. We ate all our meals out at local small restaurants, which were always well prepared and served. The staff at the apartment resort treated us as welcome guests, alway pleasant, friendly and helpful. We realised when booking the apartment that it was not a full service hotel but were pleasantly surprised by the standards it achieved. The convenience store next door likewise. We did a lot walking, but going through the park and a short walk brings you to Victoria subway. Definitely worth buying the combined train, trolley and bus pass 8€ for I think it was 5 days. On first train trip take pic of the subway map as they seemed not to be published as other cities are or maybe we didn’t look hard enough. If and it’s likely we go back to Athens for few days the Panorama project would be our accommodation choice

Our duplex apartment at Athens Panorama Project at Evelpidon was just right for us. It was around 15-20 minutes or so from the City centre by taxi / bus (most of the attractions are near the city centre or around it - hop on -hop off bus, attractions etc) and almost 25 to 35 minutes from the Port of Piraeus. The views especially of the Lycabettus Hill and the Acropolis from the apartment was lovely. There is a supermarket just next door to the apartment which was very ideal for food and shopping. The receptionists were very professional and knowledgeable and very very helpful. The check in and check out process was quick and efficient too. Thank you.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite. They responded to requests promptly and were always available and approachable. I cannot stress enough their contribution to the experience of the guests. The cleaning staff were also helpful, albeit somewhat overwhelmed by the demands of a fully booked hotel. The availability of all the appliances one would expect in a small studio, including a washing machine in the bathroom singles out the Panorama Project. The rooftop swimming pool added to the experience. Finally, the ability to order items from the grocery shop downstairs was convenient.

Great place. I stayed at a suit looking at the Park. Sunny room with all the necessary things that you can need from a flat. Also digital entrance to your room with a password works a lot. Very helpful staff. There’s a swimming pool at the top floor. There’s a supermarket next to it which you can fill your refrigerator. Grateful for the prize. Placed at a very central area that you can go almost everywhere by walk in 36 minutes. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to everyone. Much better than a five star hotel room. Because you feel at home

I like the apartment hotel aspect, there was an iron, stove oven, fridge freezer and a washing machine. And they were all so discreetly placed. The apartment was so cute and there’s a balcony with a table & chair If you wanted to sit outside. Someone will come and clean your room in the morning if requested by the icons near the door. The pool upstairs was gorgeous and the view was beautiful in the evening looking at all the city lights.
